Important Notes / FAQ

  • Spaces are limited to 20, and therefore we will have an initial discussion with you to ensure we are all in alignment, prior to your registration.

  • Deposit of NZD 500 to be paid upon registration. This deposit is non-refundable.

  • Internet access will be very limited during the course. Mobile phones/devices are to be surrended each morning and there will be allocated time in the lunch break and evenings to check in. After much considersation we have decided this is the best way to ensure students are attentive and focused. We will be available 24/7 should your nearest and dearest need to contact you for any reason.

  • Vegetarian / Vegan diet available only. The diet is Sattvic meaning no garlic, onion or chilli. It is incredibly tasty and healthy. It will give you all the energy you need for the course

  • We will allow tea & coffee but only at certain times of day due to the caffeine content.

  • You must have been practising Yoga Asana for at least 3-6 months, to ensure you have the basics under your belt. We therefore cannot allow any absolute beginners on this course due to the nature of the teachings. If you are an absolute beginner we can provide you with guidance to get you prepared for the course.

  • Prior to your application being confirmed we will have a call to ensure your expectations and our course are in alignment

  • Accommodation is on a single gender shared dormitory basis only. Please prepare to be sharing for the duration of the course. It is basic, but this is one of the only ways we have been able to keep the costs down.

  • We will continue to update this section as time goes on.
