    Hatha Flow

    Hatha Yoga brings about harmony and balance to the body and mind. Following a set sequence of order, this style of Yoga Asana is traditionally slower, where poses are held for longer, is alignment focused and will challenge you no matter your experience. All levels welcome.

    Slow Flow

    Ease into your day with our Slow Flow Yoga class. This gentle, steady-paced practice wakes up the body and brightens the mind by focusing on mindful movement, breath, and alignment.     Incorporating both the relaxing, long holds of Yin Yoga alongside a more dynamic and flowing practice, this class will leave you feeling both powerful and soft, strong yet relaxed.

    An invitation to create space in the body through deep stretching and more awareness through breath and presence practice.

    We use all kinds of props and support in this class.
