Hatha
Hatha Yoga brings about harmony and balance to the body and mind. Following a set sequence of order, this style of Yoga Asana is traditionally slower, where poses are held for longer, is alignment focused and will challenge you no matter your experience. All levels welcome.
NOTE: Monday 5.30pm classes are 90 minutes and therefore extend the challenge!

Vinyasa
This energising flow links movement with breath to build heat, strength, and focus. Open to all levels, the class offers options to modify or challenge your practice. This class is offered both mornings and evenings.
NOTE: Saturday 8.30am classes are extended to 90 minutes to challenge your practice at the end of each week

Slow Flow
Ease into your day with our Slow Flow Yoga class. This gentle, steady-paced practice wakes up the body and brightens the mind by focusing on mindful movement, breath, and alignment. It’s perfect for building flexibility, reducing stress, and setting a calm, focused tone for the rest of your day.
All levels welcome.

Yoga Foundations
In Yoga Foundations we go through some of the most important alignment cues and basics of Yoga Asana so that you may start your yoga journey empowered with essential knowledge. A slow & mindful practice, where students have the opportunity to ask questions & the class is tailored to participants. Even if you have been practicing a while, you will learn something new!
All levels welcome.

Chakra Yoga
Focusing on a different Chakra each week, this class will take you from the physical to the more subtle energy body.
Combining movement, breath & visualisation you will begin to understand these energy centres on a whole new level and bring more awareness into your daily life.
All levels welcome.

Pranayama & Meditation
Focusing on breath and the expansion of Prana, this class will assist you to gain more breath awareness and greater lung capacity.
Followed by a meditation, you can learn these ancient methods in a guided and inclusive environment.
Suitable for all levels.

Inversions, Backbends & Balances
Focusing on a different theme each week, this class will help you to take your practice to the next level by bringing a sense of presence and playfulness to more advanced poses.
As with all our classes all levels are welcome, there is always something that you can work on, regardless of your experience.

Yin Yoga
A place to relax and surrender, Yin is the opposite of all our active classes.
An invitation to create space in the body through deep stretching and more awareness through breath and presence practice.
We use all kinds of props and support in this class.
All levels welcomed and recommended.
