Join us for a nourishing and contemplative morning under the energy of the full moon.
This 2-hour workshop is designed to help you align with lunar rhythms through a blend of mindful movement, deep rest, and inner reflection.
We'll begin with gentle Moon Salutations, moving through a slow, grounding flow to honour the full moon’s expansive energy.
As we shift into stillness, you'll be guided into a restful Yoga Nidra practice- a form of yogic sleep that supports deep healing and integration.
The final portion of the morning will offer space for self-inquiry and reflection. Through journaling or quiet contemplation, you'll be invited to explore what’s coming to light in your life, what you’re ready to release, and how you wish to move forward with clarity.
This practice is open to all levels. Come as you are, and allow the moon to illuminate your path inward.
