As the bright days of summer soften and we step into the slower rhythms of autumn, we invite you to pause, open and return to your centre.
Returning Heart is a one-day retreat designed to deepen your connection to Self and create space for reflection, renewal and reconnection.
Through movement, stillness, rest and ritual, we’ll gently open the heart, cultivate peace within and return to what feels grounded, true and essential;entering the new season feeling nourished, centred and restored.

The Day
10:00am – Welcome Circle, Ceremonial Cacao & Intention Setting
11:00am – Heart Opening Yoga Flow
12:00pm – Nourishing Lunch (Vegan & GF)
1:00pm – Yoga Nidra & Om Chanting
2:00pm – Yin Yoga
3:00pm – Sound Bath & Closing Ceremony
Held in the stunning Savitri Temple at Sacred Earth in Karekare, the views and vibration of this space are medicine in their own right.
Surrounded by nature and only around 40–45 minutes from Auckland CBD, it's the perfect place to step away from everyday life and pause.

Dani and Katie are the co-owners of Yoga Aotearoa, a yoga community with its roots firmly planted in both the ancient wisdom of India and holding space in Tāmaki Makaurau. Between them they have over 20 years of teaching experience, and are passionate about creating gentle, supportive and uplifting environments where people can reconnect with themselves.
