As we emerge from the depths of winter and step into the brighter months ahead, we invite you to pause, reflect and reconnect.
Emerging Heart is a one day retreat designed to deepen your connection to Self and create space and excitement for what's to come. Through movement, stillness, rest and ritual we'll gently open the heart, cultivate more peace within and emerge into spring feeling a little more uplifted and relaxed.
Saturday 5th September
The Day
10:00am – Welcome Circle, Ceremonial Cacao & Intention Setting
11:00am – Heart Opening Yoga Flow
12:00pm – Nourishing Lunch (Vegan & GF)
1:00pm – Face Massage & Yoga Nidra
2:00pm – Yin Yoga
3:00pm – Sound Bath & Closing Ceremony
Held in the stunning Savitri Temple at Sacred Earth in Karekare, the views and vibration of this space are medicine in their own right.
Surrounded by nature and only around 40–45 minutes from Auckland CBD, it's the perfect place to step away from everyday life and pause.

Your Hosts
Dani and Katie are the co-owners of Yoga Aotearoa, a yoga community with its roots firmly planted in both the ancient wisdom of India and holding space in Tāmaki Makaurau. Between them they have over 20 years of teaching experience, and are passionate about creating gentle, supportive and uplifting environments where people can reconnect with themselves.
